The latest craze around here is called: Not Your fathers root beer. Made in La Crosse, WI and 5.9% abv. It tastes pretty spot on to Craft root beer with heavy vanilla, molasses, and sugar bark. Very sweet ending. I had these in the freezer for about 4 hours and they did not freeze but had a nice thin layer of ice after a couple drinks. Not sure how many I could drink, but after a hot day it sure tastes good. The store I got these from got 20 cases in after lunch and at 4pm sold 7 cases with a 2 six pack limit. She said they would be gone by 8pm. They cant keep it on the shelf here.
