Is JB Conversions the only place to purchase their Dana 300 transfer case adapters or is there a vendor with better prices?

i have mentioned this on several threads...i like the novak adapter much better than the AA adpter because the novak replaces the tc input..which is easy...the AA adpter replaces the trans shaft which usually takes an expert...my $.02

I your set on JB, call them and try to put a group buy together. I was able to get a really good deal on mine awhile back getting in on a group buy thru someone on Pirate. I might even consider buying another if someone does the leg work getting it all lined out.

I need a TH350/D300 adapter myself...but I need it within a week. I was looking at the JB unit- nice, but at only 1.5" long, it's a pretty tight fit. I'm leaning towards Novak myself. Maybe we could get a break on 2 or 3? I think I'm still a jobber with Novak...

You must have missed the one that I was selling last week then...

I didn't know I needed one until Sunday. I checked your post- I have a 27 spline 300 input, so it wouldn't have worked anyways. My "homebrew" adapter developed a leak. It's a factory 203 adapter redrilled with a clocking ring. I called Advance yesterday and was able to get a replacement part for under $200.00

I do have a 4L60E to 23 spline 231 adapter for sale though:D

look on ebay, one of teh np t-cases had the same inputand i know will work on the th350/d300. i helped a guy in germany buy one and shipped it to him. cost $33 for the part and $30 for the shipping. $63 for an oem tcase adapter isnt bad @ all

I've been watching eBay. An adapter pops up often, but they sell for not too much less than new. For an extra 80 bucks, I could buy from a vendor and limit the surprises provided by eBay sellers and have somewhat of a customer support.

A lot of times, vendors have cheaper prices than the manufacturer. I was wondering if anyone had a line on any such vendor. How about Novak?

I actually have a couple of those...they work great on 700R4 to D300 conversions, but they're a little too long for the short shaft Th350.

I just talked to John at JB- He said he'd be happy to do a group buy.

Gotta say, their customer service is excellent! I have had an input shaft installed for over a year, but low miles. I had a seal fail, and called to see if there was a different size seal available since the input shaft was a larger diameter. John said they had changed the design to a smaller diameter. He offered to swap out my old shaft for a new design one, no charge! They've got my business!
