Driving in the winter or store it? Northerner's only.

Ive got a couple vehicles that don't see winter, The Scrambler, the Lincoln Mark VII, and the BMW. The other issue along with the salt is when they sand the roads the muck packs into the tiny crevices on the body and sets there... I would kick off stalagmites from behind the tires. Ah got to love winter
 
I don't see it as being a vehicle that you've put a ton of work or time into, it's just not wanting to accelerate its demise. I park both the 77 Cherokee and the Postal.

I trailered the Postal up to MI from NC when we moved and didn't have a choice but a rental open trailer. It happened to be a day with a snowstorm through WV and OH and then just the salty roads in MI. The amount that the rust issues grew on it immediately after that trip made it clear that it could never see salt again if I could help it.
