Agreed. So rare to see a J truck on the road anymore let alone a sportside.
.How does it drive on the road? Thinking that drive line would make for a fun driver! Certainly is one of the best looking 715's I've seen.
.
I bet that M715 is a conversational starter anywhere it goes! How does it drive on the road? Thinking that drive line would make for a fun driver! Certainly is one of the best looking 715's I've seen.
Is that really a lifted white Subraru outback wagon in the first pic you posted?
Also good to see jp83's Scrambler out there. I'd seen his red fiberglass '8 sitting for a few years at a small used car lot in BFE PA. Was surprised When I first saw it on his 'build' thread here.
.
It's loud and drafty and bouncy and you cant talk in it barely but that is the only complaint and its a small one !
You say that, but for the record I was expecting MUCH worse on the loud and bouncy. I was very surprised how manageable it was.
Having driven in NJ way more than I ever wanted, that thing is the perfect NJ vehicle
Oh and great eye on that pic !! Yes it sure was. I was too busy looking at the blonde to notice.
hey that better of not been my gf!!!!! lol
great seeing you out there had a good time walking around and checking out your trucks ..
its was great weather and a live band that played good tunes.... parking wasn't bad at all compared to other shows...also free to walk in!! nothing like that in ny.
next year ill come out with you guys.... ill bring the beer. good times..
Thanks, yeah it is actually very well mannered on the road.
The story on this truck goes way back to when I first saw it 3 years ago as an unfinished swap project which ill save for the upcoming RRR thread.
Gotta ask where BFE is??

Import 4x4 class entry. Not a winner tho.
I'm thinking you just need to get a Peterbilt and transport trailer to haul your Jeeps across the country!
I am pretty sure that is in the works... like a tandem or a triple... a little hard to maneuver in Jersey, but once on the open roads of the midwest, he can collect up all the barn fresh and minty fresh ones he finds. I believe I saw some NETTS brochures the last time I was there
NETTS (New England Tractor Training School)

But yes once that dust settles I am going to build a crew cab J-20, with cummins diesel swap.
