My 85' Restoration

Thank you!

I was overruled and my wife said no on the decals. She loves it the way it is, considering she supports my addiction, I had to agree 😁
I am usually that guy that says you HAVE to do decals on a Scrambler. However there's something about this build - the black, the stance, etc.. that it doesn't need decals. Looks tuff the way it is and decals would almost take away from that IMHO

It looks great, love all the subtle upgrades.
I agree with your wife on the decal package, but maybe you can sneak some Jeep lettering on to cover up the "Joop" on the side panels.

What are the specs on the wheel/tire combo?

I love the decals, but I do agree with you. I do love it the way it is, and it’s also the way it has always been since I bought it 96’. The previous owner had removed them before I purchased it from him.

Yes, I’ll definitely be doing the Jeep Decals. Just not the full Laredo package.

The tires are 35” BFG KM3’s on Trail ready polished aluminum bead locks with 3.5” back spacing and the slim rock rings.

Pushed her out of the garage for a minute. I’m still having issues getting the Howell to work right. It will Engage the fuel pump at right before ignition, but Won’t keep it on after cranking it. So the engine immediately cuts out.
