New here looking at purchasing an Alaskan Postal

That orange you see is the tub-side of the spray in foam. Good that it kept stuff from getting inside the tub but bad in that it traps moisture against the inside of the tub behind it.

This one is better at that joint than mine was when I got it. I left the foam around the wheelwell when I de-foamed it to keep stuff from getting in, knowing that I was going to have to replace that panel anyway.

Yep, that's what my floor looked like. Rode around for a long time with plywood screwed on top of the hole before I had the shop that did my cage replace the floor.
What brand of replacement Floor pan do you recommend?

That looks dead stock to me. I can't recall if I had the heated intake on mine though, I don't think it did. Same "DOT 5 fluid" stencil.
I noticed that as well I like it's not all cobbed up. Stok is nice so I don't need to figure out what the other guy did

Classic Enterprises. I don't remember who I ordered mine from back then, but that's who I'll be using for all the stuff I can in my redo of the tub.

It's not really touched (assuming they reconnected all the vacuum stuff on top of the valve cover correctly and it runs well as is). It would actually be harder to replace the valve cover and get that stuff back on there properly than to just trash it all IMO!

USPS may have replaced it

I’d say grab that at $2500. No brainer. Mine was in way worse shape And I paid more

Look at it this way: the title, vin tag, frame and ancillary parts are worth at least $2500 in today's market. Anything else is simply bonus.
