I just pushed out a new FREE issue of JPFreek Adventure Magazine that's full of all kinds of part testing/reviews and even has a number of Scrambler appearances including our very own Julie Covert (SHLTR2's wife) who is running their newly rebuilt Scrambler in the Rebelle Rally this October. She installed an ARB OBA system in the rig along with a set of the very cool Speedhut digital gauges.

The Rebelle Rally is an all-women, 7-day, 1200-mile, off-road navigational rally from Tahoe to San Diego with no GPS or electronic navigation allowed (no cell phones, etc). They have to plot a course on paper maps provided every morning and navigate with only compass and binoculars.

The best part is that Julie and her partner Jennifer may be in the oldest vehicle in the race, and it's a Scrambler!

I put a set of Interco IROK NDs and Birddog wheels on my LJ:

For those that don't know, publishing and editing JPFreek is my full-time gig and I appreciate each and every reader. Please share the link with all of your Jeep friends (post on local forums, etc.) and check out our advertisers in the issue as that's how we make JPFreek happen.

Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

We have an app in the Apple App store (sorry, no Android) and the issues work great in any web browser.

Wait.....
WHAT??
You're the madness behind this??
Didn't it used to be an "in print" magazine a few years ago???

Yes, since Aug of 2014

No, it's never been a print magazine.

Hello,
Really nice magazine, but sometimes difficult to read.I'm using the app, but some article are cut in the middle. Is this normal?
Thanks
Thorsten

Hmm... I must be getting old-timers. Or my CRS (Can't Remember Stuff) is confusing me. I remember back in the late 90s/early 2ks there were a few "new" jeep magazines that were smaller productions. Maybe quarterly? FSJmagazine was one. When i get to the magazines in the storage I'll try and see what I'm not remembering.
Either way... Way cool that you are doing this.

Thanks. iPhone or iPad? We use the full spread as our "page" so most articles are laid out across more than one individual page. On the iPad, the horizontal orientation should show the full spread.

Yeah, the founders started out 10 years ago with the specific idea that the future of magazines was to go digital where you can add slideshows, video and web links to make an experience you just can't get with print.

Hello,
Thanks for your help. I'm using my iPad now with the horizontal orientation and it works perfect.
Thumbs up for a great magazine!
