Didn't say its a favorite overall, to by a good bit, just a favorite everyday (read cheaper) drink. I'm all about supporting local/small businesses so this will get the nod over a number of others for that use.

My first post on this one.... Bulliet is one of my favorites I cannot get enough of it 
. Im not a big cigar guy but I do enjoy just about anything with a good fresh pinch of snuff. A Great scotch that my dad always buys (too expensive for me so I always enjoy as much of his as I can on holidays and get together's) is Laphroaig, pretty sure its said La-Frog at least thats the southern american translation. I want to say the 10 year old is about $70-$80. I will be honest it is excellent, a little smokey but not overly. Its actually made on its own little island off of Scotland, its pretty cool though my dad is in some sort of club of theirs and has received stuff like flasks and even very nice embroidered polo shirts. If yall get the chance to get a hold of a bottle take it.

their best bargain IMHO is the consuegra brand..it is segundos of the big brands...all long leaf filler ...if you are really good you can look a ring, length and wrapper and just about figure out which cigar they are seconds of. Their JR Alternatives are also good. Plus they carry all the name brand stuff too. Box prices are way cheaper than buying individual sticks
I'm pretty much a beer man but I do keep a bit of "bonded liquor" as one of my older friends calls it, on hand. I'd say I'm pretty lame compaired to the rest of you guys. If I'm drinking Jack I like Gentlemans Jack but I also like George Dickel. I do like it strait up on ice but I also like a whiskey sour. If it's scotch it's McClellands's.
I do like a cigar every now and then it's usually a Swisher or Tampa unless it's a special occaison then I'm open to whatever. I have always wanted to get into pipe tobacco just never have. Had an uncle that smoked a pipe when I was a kid and was always amazed at the scents from the different blends he would be enjoying on the back porch.

Proof never to discount American brown liquor from outside KY. This is excellent whiskey from Iowa. A neighbor's folks live near it and he brought me back two bottles of small batch whiskey aged in two different barrels. This is awesome.

Costco run tonight. I'm such a sucker for the gift packs with a couple glasses. Got my first Jack Daniels single barrel select. Very impressed with it.
