Well.. Walt has got me thinking, one way or the other, I need to do something.
Sell out of all my Jeep stuff. Or keep both Jeeps and most likely let them just sit.

I biggest expenses are new parts I've purchased that I would need to sell separately.
What percentage are new parts never used expected to sell for?
If I paid $200.00 for a part, what would be a fair price to sell?
Tring to decide whether to sell separate or as one 1982 CJ 8 project and one complete 1981 CJ8.

Partial list of new part
33 gallon Aerotank
Speed hut gouges
Painless wiring
Steering shaft
Dash knobs etc..
Other stuff too

I don't know if it is advice/options/feedback... but I know that pricing for all CJ related items to build them is/has been going up over the last few years... if you don't finish it sooner than later, it is only going to cost more.

I think it depends on what it is for a %. If I was in the market for an aerotank, I would certainly pay 75% of new cost. Not everbody does. I am regularly offered half of my asking price on marketplace for new stuff(or used) which is already cheaper than you can buy it new. I am sure CB is also.

I feel like I'm disqualified from advising :rotfl:
I don't want to be any part of the reason that you get out of your project, though!

Neither run? That's the easiest killer, not being able to just drive one and always working on it/buying stuff. Hate to see/hear it but I get what happens.
