Man that is nice! And I love those wheels. The wagon above is quote delicious too
 
The wheels are cool and different, but I really think it screams old school aluminum slots polished out.

Right, cement is for laying bricks
And that slab that that jeep is sitting on is called expose aggregate

The concrete is mixed with P gravel, the slab is poured and floated out
You spray a retarder on the top level and cover with plastic to retain the heat
Once the slab hard enough, you spray off the dead top layer
