scrambler build

How about a Stake bed scrambler? Randomly found this

Here is a rough drawing of my idea for a stake/flat bed scrambler; although my drawings aren’t as nice a jscherb.

It's stock wheel base, stock roll bar, 35" tires for reference. Design still needs some tweaking.

True Jeeper

Dude....your a true Jeeper. I give you credit for going at it. Your a "true shade tree" Jeeper and that's as good as it gets. Anyone can rebuild/repair in a climate control environment. Your out there doing it in the dirt. God Bless your will !

Well after a long divorce and a move west, I am back at it. Will post pics soon.

I need to find an engine harness then I should be able to fire it up. The one that was on the motor when I pulled it from the FSJ doesn't mate to the bulkhead plug.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties, but it's great to see you back again!

After a few years of doing nothing on the scrambler, I found a tub in decent condition. Some minor rust but nothing like I've encountered in the past. Pics to follow in a day or two!

Whoah, blast from the past! Welcome back and great to see this moving for you.

Plans for today include getting the pedals, master cylinder, dash and steering column mounted.

Maybe even clean up some of my other jeep mess on the side of the house. We'll see how it all goes.
