If you are flying in I personally would look into renting a car. You may need to get a taxi from the airport to wherever you are getting a car. I wouldn't want to be without transportation for the time you are there.

Worst case, new job won't let me have time off.
2nd to worst, I fly out & rent a jeep out there.
Best case, I fly in, get my jeep at my brother's in Denver, wheel then send it home & fly back.
 
The bedroom that I had available has become available again. Let me know if you are interested.

My brother will receive it and will also be my co-pilot

Not looking good... 3300 for the auto train...
2700 for a "hot shot" driver.

400 to rent a Wrangler 😔 seems like my best bet at this point, especially since I'm still unemployed

Maybe I'm blind but I don't see the link to the registration. I can get into it from last year's event though. Also, when it asks scenic drive vs moderate, what is considered moderate? A scenic drive I personally consider to be 2 track stuff and moderate can mean a really wide range of things.

I know some (maybe all) of the places that rent Jeeps in BV have a list of trails that you can't go on. We had a lady a couple years ago want to join us until she found out we were running Chinaman Gulch(which was on list). Just a heads up.

Can we order shirts even if we can't go? We did last year but I don't remember how we did it.
 
I have a question as to staying at the event camping. Will we be able to stay in the parking lot like last year at rouch creek or do I need to find a campground?
