I keep seeing that black Scrambler getting hit by a car sliding on the ice in some tire add on TV. It got me to thinking, I don't recall ever seeing a Scrambler on the big screen. Does anyone know of any movies that have a Scrambler in it, even if it's just parked on the side of the street in a two second scene?
 
I almost bought a Scrambler that was listed as being in the movie "Cliffhanger" with Stallone. I haven't seen the movie in a while, but other's who had told me there was no Scrambler, but there was a CJ7, I think. I think IMDB.com has a thread with every CJ that has appeared in a movie, maybe there's some way to search it?
 
I almost bought that same red Scrambler. That cliffhanger quote was a joke some online salesman threw at it.

That thing was pretty sweet but had a decent amount of rust and was up North its whole life. They called me with another buyer and I told them to let the other person have it. A few weeks later I bought the Laredo I am restoring now. Same color combo.

I googled scramblers in movies and found a few other CJ's but no Scramblers.
 
There was a World Cab in one of the recent Ice Road Truckers Deadliest Roads.
 
Not the same thing but last summer I saw an episode of "Cops" filmed in Jacksonville, Fla. They were riding with a woman officer and there was a lime green Scrambler in the lane next to her for a block or so as they were filming. I checked the guide with the remote and it showed the episode was from 2001.
 
Not the big screen, but there was a black one in the first episode of the new Hawaii 5-0 TV show. They shot the bad guy who was hiding behind the Scrambler's driver's side door and shattered the glass. Can't recall seeing one on the big screen, but surely there must be some.

Not an "8" but there is a CJ-6 in the first Karate Kid.

Anyone catch the glimpse of the Scrambler in that new show?

Was in the section of the show where the guy was caught in the zip line.

Was on in the background and caught it in the back of my eye and then did the DVR backup on it..

Jennifer said she thought it was an 8.
I walked in just in time to see the hood and grill as the camera panned right.

Never saw it again in the show.
