Good morning, Jeepdogs. I had to leave again for work but will try to have the measurements today. I'll have to depend on my engineer son to get them for me. Please be patient. By the way, do you have the stock glass for your Scrambler?
 
Hi again, thanks for the update. I purchased the top and window from someone who had it on his '85. I don't know if it's stock or not so I'll provide the measurements of the glass later today. I'll also take a picture for you.

Glass size:

Left-to-right measuring in the center: 46 1/4"
Top-to-bottom measuring in center: 17"

Of course, the glass has rounded edges and it's shorter width on top then on bottom.

If you will get me a contact number, I'll send the pictures of my slider. I believe there are 4 pictures with one showing the complete window followed by three that have a tape measure laid across the widest part of the frame. Bottom and top, left to right. Then the last will be the height at the dead center. Again, the measurements were taken at the widest part of the frame, not the window.
 
Luckily, my son also measured at the center, width-wise and, based on your measurements, I believe this will work for ya. It might be easier for me to just box this one up and send it to you. If it doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, send it back. If it does fit, box up the glass and send it back i the same box. Thoughts?

We talked about the non-locking aspect but there are options. We've got some thoughts in mind. 👍🏻
 
I think Dorman sells a universal sliding window lock assembly. Might be adaptable.
