All of your logs show no RPM at all. From the logs, it shows some learning has been done so at one point it was logging that data. The confusing part is that it requires RPM to run the injectors so it is calculating that value somewhere in the background. The ignition timing value has an unknown value after it also(even though you are not using that control) which leads me to think that it's time to update the firmware because your file may be corrupted. Do the power and ground go DIRECTLY to the battery? Do you have a good and clean ground cable(and connection) to the engine? How old is the ground cable?

New ground cable. When do you harvest logs, off, on, while going 80? I put 150 miles on it yesterday (was a fun day)

Now you need to save/download and post up the current calibration that goes with that data log.
How many files are uploaded and what do their naming conventions & names refer to and file types needed, thanks.
Sorry, been in a hurry the last few weeks getting a lot done before I'm laid up & unable to drive for 6 weeks.

I will start a log at key on before I start the engine so I can log cranking fuel, afterstart, and then coolant temp correction(choke) while idling all the way up to operating temperature. After it is warm, I will take a 5-10 minute drive and log normal operation. For me, it is a LOT easier to watch and log on my laptop so I can see where the bubble is going and where I need to force it to go to help populate the learning table. You will need to buy a communication cable to go this route though.

Awesome tyvm! This helps. Finally when do you harvest the logs? With it key on, running or off or does it matter?

So you are using the laptop? Either way you can start and stop anytime the ignition is on.
Yeah it's an open box ruggedized touch screen win10 tablet I picked up for 150 bucks, perfect for a CJ. They go for 1200 👀
I'm actually designing a mount to fit perfectly in the indent of the dash pad, behind the steering wheel 👍🏼
