Still here still building. Not as fast as I want but...
Anyway, got paint stripped to see what was hiding underneath. Not to bad had a couple jeep spots to cut and weld in new metal. I found the issues to be where the panels were spot welded together allowing moisture to get in and causing rust. So in most area's I drilled the spot welds. Spread the two panels a smij (screw drive or such) removed any flakey rust between them and treat with metal prep. Then check panel straightness and rewelded spot welds. Then applied rust encapuslator to all seams then applied primer. Next lizard skin sound and thermal. I think I'm going layers on bottom then layers on interior. After the interior I wanted to spray body color (honey brown metallic).
