Beef fillet. Got a decent crust happening. Silly thing nearly fell off the shaft. Reckon it's pretty tender. salt and pepper only as a rub but painted to finish with combo wotsthishere sauce and home made Kansas City BBQ sauce. Mmmm

Onions and garlic on top, wings in the middle, and diced tomatoes on the bottom... Making smoked barbecue sauce as well.

So we fried the smoked wings and then tossed them in my smokey BBQ sauce served with some pickled veg..
Today I smoked some whole trout and striped bass and bass filets for a fish paté they are going to work on for a dinner special tonight.

Local beer bratwurst (Boulder Sausage) boiled in Coors Banquet beer and finished on the grill, grilled asparagus.

This mustard is the real deal for bratwurst in our house!

Roasted spaghetti squash, grilled veggies, grilled chicken, garlic oil and balsamic reduction.
