Here's a picture of our branded buns at the new restaurant I'm working at, The Farmhouse at Jessup Farm, Fort Collins CO... We have a huge branding iron that we brand our brioche buns with... We haven't had an official opening yet but once we get rolling I'll be doing all the in-house butchering, sausages, and charcuterie!! Hopefully more pictures to come....
