Will a front bumper from a 2006 Rubi fit my 1981 Scrambler without drilling out any holes on the frame?

If I remember correctly, holes don't have to be drilled in the frame, but since the TJ bumper is taller than the front of the CJ frame, when I did mine years ago I put spacers under the frame/inside the bumper to make up the difference. I think I also had to drill new holes in the bumper because the CJ frame rails are spaced differently than the TJ rails.

TJ frames are wider and a bit taller. A few holes and some washers and you're golden!
