Yes, another Postal Build Thread

Looking good! I like that cover for the cowl...I just sandwiched a sheet of aluminum under mine...

While since I posted

Well, its been a while since I posted. Things have been kinda crazy for me the last few weeks. I was working as a volenteer for child welfare, and that worked into a full time job. So now I have no time to do too much. The graet irony, no job, lots of time, now job but no time. So the tub is on, I sprayed expoy sealer, almost done sealing the seams. Wondering about putting some dynomat under the dash area to cut down the sound, I will do the tub inside in U-POL Raptor liner

Well Just had an awesome weekend breathing solvent and paint fumes. Learned alot, had a few runs, but nothing that bad. I call the color "Toxic Green"IMG_0001.jpgIMG_0002.jpgIMG_0003.jpgIMG_0004.jpg

The overspray on the storage cabinets in your garage turned out great as well..... Cool color, unique build, great job!

Looks good! The color kind of reminds me of Mopar's sublime green! Did you decide to go with the dynomat under the dash? I have always wonders if dynomat and similar products would promote rusting.

Well I went with just some paintable undercoating, the Dyno matt was too much money. Plus I thought about the rust issue alsp

I know some don't, but I like the black accents on a lighter color. The air vent would look good black too. Looks Awesome:bow:

IMG_0065.JPGSo its been a while since I have posted, used a tintable U-pol raptor liner kit today. I really love the stuff. goes on easy, looks good. next week I will assemble the doors. Still working on wiring. I did install a hood lift kit

Back seats in, side panels on, fuel filler in, but I need to buy so many things, money is stalling progess, but whats new with that? IMG_0068.JPG

Very happy with the raptor liner so far, if you screw it up, you just clean that section and paint over it with raptor and it blends right in. This stuff is way better than Duraback or herculiner

IMG_0097.JPGIMG_0098.JPGOkay a littler primer on the hard top, the paint on this was next to impossible to remove and sand smooth. All rust was repaired, POR 15 applied then epoxy primer sealer. And yes, my trailer will be painted to match the Postal.

Looking good. I can't wait to see this Jeep finished, and the trailer. What are the plans for the trailer? Keep the pictures coming.
