Been a while since we had a Beer thread...

That is a lot of beer. Your list and the pics. Sounds like a good time.

Yeah, some were only tasters (couple oz's) though and I woke up feeling fine... so it wasn't too much to drink... it was a blast though.

BW! Founders just announced today regarding their All Day IPA!

We are excited to offer All Day IPA 15-pack cans, which aim to replace the current 12-packs and should hit shelves this April. The price will stay in line with the current 12-packs--we're able to do this because of production efficiencies from packaging cost savings. We’re excited to pass the savings on to you as a way of saying thank you for your reception of our session ale!

Someone I work with (Russian) brought me a Ukranian beer.

Mild flavor. He said it was the darkest they had. OK, but not as much flavor as I like. More like an ale.

I go back to this one ever now and then. Reminds me of the college years.

Oh yeah. This is what you do in MI when there's still a foot of snow on the ground and it finally gets over 40 degrees.

No one showed up for the party tho. So I drank alone and worked on a CJ7. Is that ok ? Is it ok to work on a 7 on the 8's birthday. Crap.

I had a Flying Dog IPA tonight at the Washington Capitals game tonight. Cheers!!

Home Brew Kit(s)

Folks, I have a rather large home brew set up that I am looking to sell. I just don't make much anymore or drink much anymore or have friends that do. It really is unfortunate, but getting older is a reality and I drink a few beers a month now days.

So, I am looking to sell my kit, but am not sure what I'll sell it for.

I have:
2 - 5 gallon bucket type carboy's - these are primary fermentation buckets, but can easily serve as a secondary as well.
2 - 5 gallon glass carboy's - these really are secondaries as they are too small for true/safe primary fermentation
1 - 6 gallon glass carboy - this is a primary fermentation carboy (it is at least 6 gallons)
1 - keg - fit and clean for your favorite draft brew
2 - CO2 tanks
1 - regulator
1 - bottle capper
I also have an assortment of bottles, but I would suggest picking up your own.

I am thinking $300 for the whole kit and caboodle, plus shipping.

Any takers?

Being that it's 9pm over here is Istanbul, I found a second local beer... I'm assuming.
Tuborg; on the back of the glass it says 100% Malt liquor: keeping it classy in Turkey.
