This is what is on my scrambler right now. Lift blocks welded to the front and rear axles, and custom shock extensions all around! The for axle is rotated at least 12 degrees forward. I can't believe anyone would think this was a good idea!!

I've bought this '83 Cherokee for the 401 and I'm finally getting around to pulling the engine so I can rebuild it and stick it in the postal. Someone used an adaptor plate and stuck a massive square bore Holley onto the spread bore intake. I've made gaskets before but I think a really nice touch was the gasket made out of a cereal box. The previous owner said it didn't run right. lol

Seen cardboard used for gaskets in a pinch, but never there.

Must have thought that brand cereal would give the engine more "life"...

What?!?! This isn't the right way to do it?? Saw this in the parking lot

use cardboard all the time for gaskets... A little Permatex on both sides and it would have been fine. Ask Jersey if he still has the cardboard gasket we made for his Overlander at Sandblast a few years ago. I think it was either a cereal box or a granola bar box. cant remember.

I thought it was funny, but the fail wasn't the cardboard. That gasket is stuck to the adaptor plate the way it came off the intake. lol
