1983 Scrambler "STUMP JUMPER". Frame off, 5.3 Conversion.

Genright fuel tank installed. I finally have a real gas tank for the fuel injection This thing is loaded with baffles and built like a tank. I need to add two inches to my fuel pick up.

Yes, I spent more than one late night gazing lovingly at those to replace my rusty tank. Just went with a simple plastic MTS. Working fine, but....

Keep up the good work. Only a few cha chings to go :thumbsup:
 
This is the day I've been looking forward to for 4 months. I finally mounted the tub on the chassis and got the computer, fuse box and power brake unit mounted. The power brake unit just barely clears the hood. I'm thinking now I may need to change all the pulleys to polished aluminum. Cha ching.

When the Scrambler was bought new it had graphics which was a dealer option that referred to it being "Stump Jumper"

I'm hoping for the end of February. It's more important to me this time to get it right than finish it early. No short cuts and no pinching pennies.
