The guy has it listed all over the place on CLs. Trying to get his number of 35 I guess. I am not a huge fan of doing that but k Sarah sirah?

He tried selling it on CL last fall as well and has listed it on Ebay over the last month. First some BINs at the high 30's, then mid 30's, and finally an auction that reached $29.9k without meeting the reserve. Since listing on Ebay, it doesn't look like a scam.

Not a "true" LoGB because the production VIN is only in the 14,000s. Also, he doesn't have the paid Autocheck so cannot see the score or if there is a discrepancy in the mileage.

It does look great though. I wouldn't kick it out of my garage.

CJ-7? $29.9? Even with the Ebay fees I think he was foolish for not taking that... Unless it was a deadbeat bidder just trying to pump it up tp the reserve to see what it was...

Or a Schill bid. Don't know anything about it but you never know

He's been watching too much Barrett-Jackson. I paid just under half of that amount to retrieve my unmolested Scrambler survivor, which, in my book, is a more desirable vehicle.

Last year production in red it will bring that easy if the right buyer notices it ... All about timing ...he just needs to hang in there

Very cool and original Scrambler but also a base model with only a few options and dealer stripes (not OEM). Very interesting.

Another one of those seldom seen Scramblers with a white top and white step bumper. The unusual decal package added some spice to this fairly plain model. . .the decals are unusual to me anyway.

I don't have any reason to question it is original but the decals are not listed in the OEM catalog but were probably dealer installed like my "Stump Jumper" decal. Very nice Scrambler either way.

Decals are unique. Wonder what it will bring in at the end.

Sent from my SM-N910P

I wonder if he realizes that he posted his MasterCard number for all the world to see. I know the card has since expired so hopefully his new card is a different account number.

Ok...I'll chime in: OMG! End caps!

I'm not sure I'd call that vehicle "absolutely rust free." There's a LOT more rust on that one than I see under mine...but at least most of it appears to be surface rust.

So black dash, door panels, and console with cream seats? Weird.

That's because there were no beige door panels or dash pads available....yet they decided to make those seats for some reason...silly AMC....

That thing needs some black seats and white 15x7 wagon wheels with black stripes, 235 Goodyear wrangler radials, STAT :) And careful removal of those decals if and only if the paint will buff out to show that they weren't there. (Would try a small section first ) Love that white hardtop!

Polarfire you just beat me to what I was doing...that window sticker needed to be preserved here... thank you
