Saw my first one in person today. It was in a parking lot that used to have a nice JK parked there everyday. Looked nice but I did not get great look at it.

A dealership had one at OKC coffee and cars last Saturday. The bed looks way bigger in person than in the pictures. Pretty neat "little" rigs. I'd really like to take the Ecodiesel version out for a spin, but the salesman there said that may be a while... Apparently lawsuits are being brought down on all the Big Three's diesel offerings for emissions conspiracies...

A lot of Gladiator orders, including mine, have been on hold apparently because of a shortage of "winch-ready steel front bumpers." I was about ready to modify my order and buy an aftermarket bumper. But the bumpers must have come in because I now know of at least 8, including mine, that were issued VINs yesterday and scheduled for build. I'm almost hoping my Scrambler doesn't get adopted before the Gladiator gets here so I can take some side-by-side shots.

As for those who wondered about the red dash, I have part numbers for both leather (Overland) and gray replacement panels that can be ordered from a dealer.

I ordered a Billet Silver JTGLADIATOR Rubicon yesterday. Still can’t order the steel bumper so I placed the order anyway and will deal with it later

Within a week after ordering opened, they stopped taking the orders for steel bumpers. I ordered on day 2. They must have just gotten enough bumpers in to take care of some of the initial orders. If you want the OEM steel bumper, I'd bet there will be a lot of them for sale after folks switch to aftermarket.

We ordered my wife's JL with the bumper. It's a nice unit but I may go with an aftermarket unit such as Poison Spyder. I have my JKUR covered in their products and have put them to the test and they take a beating. We'll see.

Stop by my local dealer. No one walked out at all after I walked around all four of their Gladiators... They had two red, one black, one white all Rubicons. $59-$62K and mostly fully equipped. Back seat looks tight for child cars seats. Didn't get a chance to test drive one... I'll have to stop by one of the other jeep dealerships and test drive one.

I found out we are getting a new Jeep dealership within 5 miles from hy house so I went to look. They were still doing construction on the site, but had some inventory in the back. It included 2 gray and 1 red Gladiator Rubicons and one black Overland model. Since no employees were there I could not open any. But I will keep my wye on this dealership. Hopefully they don’t mark them up

Mopar 2” lift on 37’s.

Currently listed for sale at $68,780:

Holy hell. That's close to what I still owe on my student loans. I'll wait for the resale market. Let someone else eat the depreciation.

X2 The buy in and depreciation are just too high.

I dislike the dealers that add the mark up. But it is the buyer’s choice to walk away.
