We got one snow where they put salt down but it was just one time and we got some good rain since, so I decided to go ahead and take Mater for our tree trip.

Had to avoid one little town on the way back due to a parade/festival and dumb lucked into passing a cool old barn complex with a sweet windmill. Had to stop.

Well, since we have been using a fake Christmas tree for the past 3 years; I only have pictures of the Scrambler getting the next most-piney-est thing North Carolina has to offer.

4 Truck Loads of pine-needle mulch. I hate the stuff with a passion.

You can't forget our Aussie friends that get their trees in warm weather EVERY Christmas.

I remember that every year, I can’t even imagine. Friend in south Oz sent me a pic of his weather app showing 100 yesterday

Didn't specify that it had to be a photo, right? Did a little doodle in the corner of a Christmas card I sent out this weekend to my uncle that rode with me in the postal with the trailer from Seattle to Iowa :christmas: (I promise I can draw a straight line, this was just small in the corner and I was on the couch watching football, so wasn't leaning on anything :rotfl: )

Just the fact that you can post a picture speaks VOLUMES as to your talents, straight lines be damned. It reminds me of trying to take pictures of Jeeps on the Rubicon. I really don't know if they looked like that from the rough terrain or the beers I'd consumed.

I must admit i prefer the 44" tyres the Postal had fitted back then :giggle:

yep, every truck/Jeep I’ve drawn since I was a kid was in this same perspective and with tires that size. Go big or go home.

Don’t ask me to draw one pointed the other way either, couldn’t do it for squat
