Interesting info. Hard to tell if it means changes to Rubicon Express are coming.

The trackbar link you have is made to go on stock TJ mounts for those that do not want to cut off old frame mount bracket or fab something. No one probably makes a stock replacement because it is single shear and weak vs the heavier versions Barns 4WD, Genright, Ruffstuff, Artec etc all make to...
I have RE 1.5 SOA springs and with the shocks they ride pretty well. The front could be a little stiffer. I only have about 3-4" uptravel to the start of the bumpstop. So it gets into bumpstops fairly soon hitting bumps with speed.
I would advise figuring out your compressed and extended lengths and figure out a shock that will work in that space and decide how much up travel you want. When I ran the RE4.5 kit i used the shocks they said and had nothing but issues on the front at least. I don't think I had the right...
Redneck Ram in Tx can rebuild them.
https://westtexasoffroad.com/
On Home Page, click on get Ram and you can find their order form, it has some prices that may help you. Probably best to call them.
Genright still offers some. They are aluminum and you have to cut out the wheelwheel yourself. They are expensive. They don't have specific rocker guards for an 8. You may have to call them and talk to them as they may have a work around...
Fastenal sells weld nuts, can probably get them else where as well. https://www.fastenal.com/product/details/38140. I drilled the factory hole out then welded one of those onto the bottom of the frame one at a time to locate each one.
The link I posted from qudratec was from a 77 CJ7. This is from rockauto for 77 w/ 304. https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=78998&cc=1309610&pt=7320&jsn=409
This hose from quadratec and the fitting I posted from inline tube would get you what you need unless the power steering box isn't the standard saginaw.

The pressure line into the power steer pump can be changed from oring to flare. Be careful when you take the larger fitting out as the valve behind that is on a spring and can pop out. Loosing those pieces isn't something you want to be hunting on the shop floor. The fittings come with PS...
I couldn't keep mine tight. Checked them all the time was about the only solution when running 5 bolt lockouts. I changed to 6 bolt hubs, lockouts, and warn stud kit and didn't have much issue after that. I'm now D44 with internal's. You could try safety wiring them after you get safety wire...
I bought two of these, hope I never have to use them. I watched a youtube video of a U4 team at KOH had a fuel line come loose during their test/prep and set fire to the engine compartment. They used regular fire extinguishers to get it out. It wasn't even 5-6 hours later everything was...
I bought the Novak fuel pump assembly so I could have in tank pump and not knowing really how they put it together. After getting it could be made if you can source the electrical bits to isolate from the sender body. All they do is modify a stock CJ sending unit, add wires/bushings to run the...
I used the kit from daves custom unlimited to keep the shackles up front. I bought it during a holiday sale. It was pretty straight forward. I had to notch my front bumper to clear around it, but is probably bumper specific issue.
You could do a setup like Randyzzz and just do the passenger arm with single hole. Parts mike sells the arms for $90 $120 depending on what type you might need. Why Not Customs in Wichita can machine the knuckle. I don't know what he charges, but it is probably <$100 or you could ship your...
I am SOA on GM D44, thicker high steer arm, MORE 1-1/4" bracket, waggy pitman, 1 ton TRE, drag link and tie rod are perfectly parallel to one another. I think you would be happier with crossover steering than Y-link.
I have a BD top. I didn't want a black top so at the time I forked out double the cost of a besttop to get a colored top. Hardware is nice, you do have to drill into your top rail & tailgate to mount it and then the windows hook into the channel. It has the 3rd bow that besttop doesn't have...
The warn disk brake brackets I used put the bleeder at an angle instead of straight vertical. To bleed I had to pull caliper off and hold it so bleeder was vertical. Then either set it back over disk and have someone pump the pedal to bleed, or gravity bleed them. I typically had to gravity...
