    You are spot on. I just got lucky at the grocery store. Actually found a tri tip to make. Probably gonna brine it and let it marinate a bit. Won't be making it till next weekend but definitely looking forward to this one

    Did one of these awhile back. Alot of people said it was the best thing out of the smoker yet. Ill say it was really damn good and it rivals the bacon explosion and bacon wrapped cheddar cheese jalapeños for me.

    The filling is cheddar cheese , cream cheese and some spices. I can give you the specifics later tonight when I get home if you'd like. They don't take long , about 2 hrs at 250*

    Unfortunately no pic but I made a 3lb. Chuck roast in the smoker. My goodness 7 hrs later it was magnificent. One of the best things so far

    I know Big Walton doesn't approve of tonight's game but he'd approve of the snacks. Bacon wrapped jalapeños stuffed with cheddar, cream cheese and spices. Pre smoker pic. Yes that's the beer fridge in my garage. 🤣

    Bought this Blackstone for camping last year and never used it. Step 4 of the seasoning stage. Made some eggs with salsa and cheese and had a nice camp breakfast
