Apologies on the lack of pics from the actual event. I just have so many and I don’t have them on my laptop yet.

Been a great time, heading out this morning for the dreaded long drive back. No side trips or back roads other than going around the last climb before Denver via Golden, CO, straight (mostly boring as sin) highway.

This may be my favorite shot from a pre run of the Blackfoot to Babylon trail on Sunday with Jake White and Kevin Sullivan.

Then I got this pic from someone of me on West Rim Wednesday

And Jake got me lifting a tire (gently, the pic looks much worse than it really was) on the Backdoor to Babylon trail.

And I got this one of him.

More to come. Wish me well on the return :fingerscrossed:

Ft Morgan, CO for the night, stopped right after sunset. 12+ hours and just over 700 miles.

Nothing worth a picture on the most boring stretch of road in America

So just the route/mileage via Google. 75-85 MPH and gas and gos all day except for McDonalds for dinner. No real tailwind but at least no headwind. Couple short downpours around Lincoln NE, but otherwise smooth sailing.
