Ohhhhh.... I just drooled on my keyboard. Central Oregon is known far and wide for its innovative beers, but I haven't been that impressed this year.

Celebrating tonight having off work til jan 4th.

Dragon's Milk reserve coconut rum barrel. Another winner! Wife even likes it. Tastes like an almond joy candy bar, no foolin'!

Picked one of those up at Costco tonight.

But tonight I am drinking a local. Pretty tasty. Best IPA I have ever had (I am not a fan of IPAs generally)

Good double. I don't like the hop devil, their flagship IPA, but the dirt wolf is splendid. [emoji482]

BLASPHEMY!!! LOVE Hop Devil. Hop Wallop, on the other hand, is too over the top.

Dirt Wolf is fantastic though, so we can agree there.

My local brewery came out with a special edition of one of their better stouts. Buffalo sweat is a nice smooth 6.0% stout.

Here is the limited edition King Buffalo!! 10.5% ABV of seriously stout beer!

This one kicks your taste buds like a MO! I took my first drink walking back to the couch and it made me side step into the Christmas presents around the tree.

Double Bastard in the Rye. Aged in Templeton Rye Whiskey barrels, a brute at 13.5%abv.

Not beer but found this hiding in the back of the freezer. Totally forgot it was there. May have a wee taste since it's Christmas.

One of Rogue's special edition beers. Normally I'm on the fence about fruit in beer, but this one's a keeper. I first had this on tap last summer at the brewery in Newport. Wanted to get a few to take home and was told that it was limited to a few barrels only. Bummer. I guess enough people asked because I found a couple bottles local. This is an amazing dessert beer. Smooth, creamy, and if you let it breathe a bit it gets more complex and even smoother!

I am not sure it will make it out here but will keep an eye out for that on Randy.

My brother brought this one over for Christmas today. Super delicious and very sneaky at 17.5%.
