Cj-8 Hot Wheels and Matchbox

Ran into a Safeway store to grab some eggs, walked by a cardboard bin display of Hot Wheels and a blue FC caught my eye. A few quick sifts yielded 3 blue FCs and 3 Scramblers and then I was on my way. These things just pop up all over around here.IMG_3171.jpeg

Picked up 4 of the '8s from a vendor at the Jeep Invasion. Apparently a new release.

I guys, I have over 100 matchbox Jeeps. I'm thinking of selling off about half of them. These are almost all loose / used. How would be the best way to sell them? ebay or??? Some are shown here, and some are in storage.

Offer them up on here before eBay. I’m sure some of the folks here would buy most of them!

Price also helps... if people knew what you were looking for them... and if the display cases were included, etc. Shipping would be the biggest hurdle on "all of it"

I have a hard rule that I do not buy diecast Jeeps/Jeep toys online. It’s the only way I can control myself. I have to see something in person to buy it. I’ve been abiding by that rule forever and it’s saved me a TON of money.

The only time I have violated that was when it was someone on here looking to rehome something that will be displayed, like the original Wild Willys I got from @Randyzzz :headbang:

Well, the company gave us WalMart gift cards as a Christmas gift. I don’t shop there ever if I can help it, but since I had to find something, I searched Jeep toys.

This is a limited edition Hotwheels club MB that I think came out in 2022. I’ve wanted one ever since but never seen one in person. It popped on the search for the right amount with my gift card and I had to break my rule. :smokin:

Took all I had to take it out of the inside box (not pictured, it was inside the white cardboard and you could see the Jeep.) but I’m glad I did. :bacon:

Working suspension, folding windshield, rubber tires, fuel cell, and the display case, obviously :woot:

This will be right next to me on my desk at work all day :woot:
