This may be too similar to the “Where have you driven your Scrambler lately” thread but...I am on another forum and they have this. Some of you may recognize it. I am shamelessly borrowing the idea because I thought would be cool to try here since everyone enjoys jeeps, driving jeeps, taking pictures of jeeps , and looking at pictures of jeeps……..
If you don’t think it is worth messing with or it isn’t working out for whatever reason we can just quit. Won’t hurt my feelings or anything, it is just a suggestion.
The idea is to post a picture of your CJ8 next to whatever the challenge is. First one that completes the challenge and posts the pic then chooses the next challenge. If after a week or so the challenge is not met then a new one will take its place. I'm not on here as much as others, nor am I an admin, so as a group we can figure it out if you are interested.
At the end of each post, whether you post a pic or are just adding comments, you write what the current challenge is so that way no one has to go back and figure out what it is.
These are the guidelines that they have, if we want to try this we can use them to start and edit/change as needed:
Guidelines Are:
o HAVE FUN!!!
o The point of the game is to get out and drive so most of the challenges should be something you might have to drive to get completed. Doesn’t necessarily have to be though. For example: your CJ8 with your dog/pet in it.
o If a challenge has was previously not completed, it can be completed and posted at any time, however you will not be able to come up with the new challenge.
o Once a new challenge is up try not to use old photos to complete. Go out there and drive! Not saying you can’t use old photos but try not to make it a habit.
o After 50 challenges a challenge may be repeated but the same photo may not be used if completed by the same person.
o Challenges do not have to be Jeep related other than the CJ8 being in the pic.
o If you are just making a post or comment and not completing the challenge; list the current challenge at the end of your comment that way no one has to scroll through to figure out what current post is.
So to start it out with an example:
Your CJ8 next to (YCJ8NT): another classic jeep.
Since I completed it I would then choose the next one. For example.
Next up: YCJ8NT.... another CJ8. What do you think?
