CJ8 Picture Challenge.

Glad to see that you all seem to be enjoying this thread. My 8 is almost back on the road so I am looking forward to chasing a few challenges too. It is fun for me to see what everyone comes up with, and the creative twists to meet the challenges. :thumbsup:

Does "live" mean I gotta wait about 4-6 weeks till it happens around here or are past pics allowed ? :wave:

I don't make the rules. But my understanding is that the idea was to get the Scramblers out onto the road. When I drove mine last Saturday, I had 4 complete strangers say "Nice Jeep!"...two at stoplights. Actually, one guy said "Nice truck!" I plan to drive it to town today. The Colorado Grand Tour makes a 2-hour stop in Moab around noon. There were some absolutely amazing vehicles the last time it stopped in Moab a couple of years ago. You could always drive to Moab. The colors are getting spectacular in the LaSals...and I know they are close to peaking in several parts of Colorado.

I think you're a little skewed on timing being in Moab/CO (in a very good way IMHO, but still :)) Even here in MI we're at least three weeks from seeing any fall colors of significance and we're probably a month before folks down south. :bacon:

Even I'd have to drive probably 7 hours to get anything in the next couple weeks. And it's been proven over and over that I'm fully nuts. :crazy::headbang:

Just realized that I took this quick picture Monday on a road I typically use for fall color shots. I don't think it's going to count and shows it'll be a while yet before it would :banghead:

But hey, Scrambler photo! :cheers:

What if we let this one suffice for now, it's not new, with a promise to revisit this in a little bit? (I do LOVE fall color Jeep photos!)

If that's cool with Moabite, how about we go with: Your Scrambler with a football stadium, stadium sign or goalpost, seeing as how my favorite sport is finally back...
 
And enough with the postals. ;)

It is not helping dissuade me from searching to buy one.
