I installed the sideboards David Morolli made Saturday. Also added some sheepskin seat covers. Remember those from the 80's? I am ready for Jeep Beach in Daytona at the end of the month. If it is anything like last year I will be lucky to see 1 or 2 Scramblers out of thousands of Jeeps.

Such a nice day, so I decided to apply the 2K clear coat I got a few months ago when it was too cold to apply it. Not perfect, especially being outside. But it is better than it was. And it is a trail rig anyway.

Took the '8 + the 2 'vairs to our monthly cruise in yesterday.

Took the Scrambler to some rainy trails this weekend. This is how it looks right now.

There were a number of Scramblers (and Scrambler owners) in our group. Loved seeing all of these long beasts dragging their arses on the rocks. I think we had 6 or 7 in our group.

Whilst I still have some mud inside my '8 from the first Hot Springs Nationals, it's gonna be a while till I get the outside that dirty again!

I may be very wrong but that appears to be an LJ conversion. Gas tank opening on the wrong side, no roll bar, etc...

I think you are correct. The slope of the windshield is what convinced me.
It's very well done..

That and the TJ doors with no vent windows; that's what I noticed.

Had to power wash the mold off the blue one today . And get a new battery started right up drove fine
