Black rims with my new to me MTs. Want to mount them on some aluminum wheels I have, but have to travel a bit to get to a shop that will do it since the tires are not brand new (200 miles on them)

Just finished redoing the CJ8, I really like it. A few of the changes:
TDK frame with O.M.E. springs
Rebuilt all running gear (4.11)
Ron Francis wiring
B.F.G. 33x12.5x15 on American Racing wheels 15x10
Rebuilt 258 with D.U.I. dist. and 1/2 Q. jet carb.

Exactly 40 yrs difference in this pic. My Autumn Gold ‘81 and my ‘21 Gladiator. I know it’s random but it hit me as I was walking by and I’m 45 fwiw

It'll depend whether they still make the chips necessary to keep it running.

Speaking as a 53 year- old, I'm not convinced newer is better.

Got some original rims and some new shoes on yesterday... then I found out I had aftermarket WARN hubs on there, and not the OEM style.
I need to find some original 5 bolt hubs in nice shape to get those front caps on... but made due as it was cold, late, and I wanted to get it off the lift.
