Who cares how the NOS is listed.
Craigslist is hard to search and so I hardly ever look unless someone sends me linky.

I've traded with John over the years and consider him a good guy and friend.

Agreed they are nos and what a collection he has. And his collection of jeeps is even more impressive. We have done a lot of trading over the years as he says and I have stood in front of every dash pad and emblem etc he has listed. There isn't a place like it in the world dare I say. :wave:

I think I've seen that version before. I believe its for the low profile winch. Possibly for a wrangler. I have two NOS Wrangler versions that look like this one. The mounting holes are off thought on my wrangler ones.

Would you post up a pic of what you're talking about? All of the YJ brush guards that I have seen are different than this style-
 
There was an early YJ style that has been discussed around here I recall that looks very similar but the tell tale will be the distance between the mounting points IIRC. I am pretty sure I have an '87 AMC accessories catalog which shows the early YJ BG, ill see if I can find it.

Yeah...although mine has a red one on the cover for some reason and may say AMC. :wave: That's the BG he is talking about though and YJ used the 6000lb winch and was only one version low profile I assume.
 
The round foglights mixed with the rectangular headlights aren't so awesome to me.
 
That Sahara YJ above is by far my most favorite color combination they ever did on a YJ and always has been. Not that I think I will ever own a YJ but if so I want one just like that.

My brochure is 87 so it seems one year prior to what Mr Boh posted. Rectangular Marchals for the win too :)
