Happy Thanksgiving to all of the CJ-8.com Scrambler family

I'm thankful for this place, now in it's twenty first year, which utterly blows my mind! CJ-8.com can drink! Seriously though, I've probably met more people from this forum in person than anyone here, if I had to guess, and it is just crazy how every single one of them are great people. I have friendships that started on here LONG before I ever met that person and I may have only met folks once, but it doesn't lessen the bonds of friendship we make on here.

Matt/@donaghy had an awesome vision when he started this up (before I was around) and he's constantly refusing offers to buy the forum because he knows that this place is special. I thank him for seeing that and pushing through bad times and times when he didn't even own a Scrambler!

I'm not on as much as I used to be, but I thank all the folks on here regularly who help me keep and eye out for issues/spam and those whose memberships keep this place afloat. With social media being what it is now, there are other options and it's harder to keep this place growing and active, but we're doing MILES better than other auto enthusiast forums out there and it's BECAUSE of the great people here.

So thanks to all of you and I hope everyone has a wonderful and safe holiday.

I am thankful for all of the friends I have made since buying my Scrambler and joining this forum. I learned so much over that past 14 years. I have tackled more than I thought I would ajd have come out ahead. I am thankful of the knowledge, experience and encouragement of all others here.

Oh and I am thankful for the health and love of my family and friends.

And while I can buy this forum a beer now, I know it won’t be able to actually drink it, so I will do that for it. Cheers🍺🍺🍺🍺🍻🍻🍻

Thankful for a great family, past and present. Thankful I never traded in my almost 40 year old Jeep 34 years ago for an oj Bronco at the time. Thankful of the forum also. Thankful of all the Jeep people I have met over the last 40 years because of it. And last of all, steady employment the last 38 years so I could afford my Jeep and now retire and enjoy my Jeep full time doing Jeep things I really want to do. So I say to all, see you on the trails and Happy Thanksgiving and a safe New Year !

I am thankful for my family and friends. I am thankful for the Jeep Life we all enjoy. I am thankful for the administrators of this forum. Well wishes to all for a happy Thanksgiving.

First and foremost I am thankful for great neighbors that let me park my classic 4x4's in their drive when needed, and how they are always willing to lend a hand - even though they aren't Jeep/Rover/Cruiser folks.

And I am thankful for this place. I belong to a few forums, and this is one of my two favorites, largely because both sites are nice, helpful and a great place to congregate. (The other is a LR forum where we "gather around the campfire" and help each other out.) Perhaps it is because both are privately owned and operated.

Anyhow, Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm Thankful that this fourm still being around. I have had a great time being a member and meeting mostly everyone on here. Thank you all for keep up traditions and teaching the new generations the way of the 8.

I have to second this... not many forums around and none that keep all the drama out.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!!

I’m also thankful for bacon :bacon: Do this every year, no basting needed, bacon cooks perfectly with the bird and then you have a pile of bacon to add to anything you want.IMG_2037.jpeg

I know I have not been around much the last couple of years but I am Thankful to this Group! I have learned a lot from the group. But I am also thankful for all the traveling I have been able to do over the last few years. Maybe I will get back to being more active here again.

I am thankful for whoever put grease on the spring eye bolts of the Jeep I am tearing down... I have NEVER had this happen to me ever... all 4 bolts are out... in tact... and I didn't have to cut, or heat, or bang, etc.

j/k... I am thankful for so much more than this... just trying to show it can be the little things in life as well :)

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Just seeing this after the dust is settling on another Thanksgiving blast with my family. I agree with all here with what I am truly thankful for as everyone has said. I also have to say that I am thankful for being in this forum and living vicariously through all of the adventures, challenges, successes, and sometimes failures that make these vehicles much more than just the sum of their parts. As I have said before this Scrambler was the only non-essential-make-no-sense thing me and my dad ever wanted and even though I lost him before I got it I feel blessed and thankful to be able to own one. Not to sound corny but when I jump into it I feel like I'm part of a family. A full-throated thank you to all here from a grown-ass man who gets to grin like a kid and drive it like I stole it with my dad riding shotgun. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

I'm thankful for my amazing wife and family first of all. Also the owner and admins of this site and keeping it available and streamlined and everyone who contributes and answers questions. I would never have taken on my "Voodoo Blue" total rebuild without the wealth of information on this site and the comfort of knowing you all have my back when I get into areas I have never been.

I'm looking forward to meeting you all live as I can get to any events in the future.
