And the after photo. Oven wasn’t opened while it cooked. Bacon comes out perfect as the bird is done. I pull all the bacon off except for the legs and leave it on a plate for folks to add to whatever they like. I start with a leg.

Wow!! Sitting in a hotel on a trip after having eaten a bag of salad and pretzels, I can tell you that looks fantastic!
