That the original engine? LOL

My great grandfather was a doctor in Rockford IL, so my grandfather grew up driving Packards and Cords. Wish he'd held onto them.

That should be pretty quick for a Packard. Packard made good, very dependable cars. Engines could be 6, 8 or V-12. The V-12s were powerful, quiet, and super smooth. That sedan probably had the straight 8. Not everyone can rebuild and make the old engines run well. Nice that someone kept it on the road.

Been one of those sitting in my old neighborhood unmoved for honestly 15 years, I think probably closer to 20. Outside under a spruce tree. Body won't rust but the undercarriage probably looks like crap.

Today we are hosting the kickwell off dinner for the Goodguys Phoenix national. By this evening we will have about 400 cars and 600 people for dinner. The chaos is just about to commence. [emoji1]

Every day is definitely different. It's like today and customer has us working on his sbc trike. So if you had something like this, where else would you take it to get work done on it? That's how we have developed our reputation here in the valley. Unfortunately we usually get these vehicles after everybody else has screwed with it and made it worse. The hardest thing to diagnose is man-made problems because it usually doesn't follow good logic.

We work with a bodyshop with big projects and I had to go over there earlier today and help them with an electrical issue. I saw these trucks that they are building and had to share-

Those PWs are really becoming a thing aren't they. Easy to see why, they are an awesome looking, and performing, no doubt, truck. Obviously the price for an "undone" truck must be going through the roof.

I would trade my Hummer H1 for one of those Power Wagons.

I have a chance to sit in one of the trucks to see how much elbow room they had because I want to build a WC53. Game on now. After I find a WC53 to build, the Scrambler will be going on the chopping block.
