I think I saw one that looked like that on one of my trips around Texas. Either between San Antonio and Houston or in the Hill Country area, possibly around Johnson City.

My CRS is flaring up, so . . . not sure where I saw it.
I haven’t had a chance to search yet but the guy I’m thinking of was near Houston IIRC
 
I can't stop looking at your pics. I really like the Jeep; definitely unique and will draw a lot of attention. It looks like someone spent a lot of time doing it right too. If it were mine I'd look at a rear spring upgrade to level out the reverse rake. Congrats on the find.

Think that's just the position/size of the rear wheel well. The frame looks pretty much level to me but they pulled that rear wheel well/flare down considerably with the flatbed conversion.
 
Here's the one that I was talking about, I don't think it's the same one.
