I've seen some negative posts lately that make me reflect on what I like about this forum and its users. My reflections remind me what a great family this is, and I grateful such a community exists. Thus, I am going to inject some positivity back into the forum and I encourage others to posts there POSITIVE thoughts as well.
Some quick random thoughts about what I like:
1. This forum and members have always treated me like family, and I try to do the same. Never met a bad person on this forum.
2. When looking for a Scrambler, I had a forum member go look at one on my behalf across the country from me. This member never asked for any money, he did it out of kindness. Where else are you going to find someone do that for a complete stranger?
3. The forum is a great escape from the hectic day-to-day drama of everyday life.
4. This forum surrounds me with people who appreciate and love these old Jeeps just as much as I do. No one else understands!
Again, maybe I am sappy, but I do really feel honored to be a part of such a cool Jeep family. I hope this forum never regresses to what many others have become and I hope this post reminds us all how lucky we are to own these Jeeps and be part of this community.
