What are you guys cooking!?

Thanks- it is homemade. Still working on it. Weighs almost 900lbs- overbuilt. Still working on a pulley system for the lid.
Just checked the turkey, looking good.

The smoker I used Friday night was built out of an old propane tank and it had a hydraulic powered hood lift because it was so heavy! Yet again making me wish I knew how to weld and learn other engineering skills.....

Doing some recipe experiments at home for the restaurant. Working on a new sauce to revive our pork chop entrée. More to come....

Cranberries, sage, grilled onions and garlic, orange juice...

I used to have a smoker I built from an industrial stainless double refrigerator. Was way too much for my personal use so I sold it for 250$ a whopping profit of 240$

Yum yum. Kgt0001 what is the box on the left for?

Box on the left has hanging rack on top for sausage, a couple of removable shelves that I usually use for ribs, briskets, chicken parts, stuffed jalapenos- etc....

Normal traditional Thanksgiving dinner. I learned how to properly carve the bird by watching Chef Paul from Safeway on a Live video on FB.
