What you gonna do with it? Clean up and reassemble or tear all the way down and do new bearings and seals?

I got a 3.31 AMC20 for $75 a few weeks ago. Housing was rusty but gears look good. I painted with with TSC enamel and am putting it behind the shop for a spare.
 
I have a 3.73 gearset and Carrier with bearings and shims from a scout 44 to put in it
Also have 3.73 gearset for a 86 Dana 30

Well, I think what I've won is more on the workbench besides a big boat. The other Scrambler is in there now with a spun wheel bearing.
 
Look at that dirt on the nice clean floor :thumbsup: Breaking it in right!
