What's on your Work Bench?

Polished out a bunch of centercaps and did round 1 on the flaps tomorrow we move forward

A little big to fit on the workbench but putting new decals on an original 32,000 mile 1980 CJ-7:

That would make me a bit nervous. Looks great. Nice job!
Thanks! It wasn't too bad. Temp was in the low 80's and we had a nice big garage to work in. I also ordered Rapid Tack (better then soapy water) and a good squeegee to use. They came out even better then I had hoped!

Is that a fender top mounted mini antenna? I see that one on the side but that one there has me scratching my head

Yeah, previous owner mounted a small antenna on the fender. Unfortunately it is drilled through. Not sure what it is even for, some kind of radio I assume.

Could be old car phone antennae circa 1988?

It sure is an interesting place to put one. A closer spot to the internal workings of the bat phone could have been achieved.

Whatever it is for, it is infuriating that he drilled the fender for it. Everything else is so original and nice, not even a cut dash. Floors are near spotless.

Color is all good, lighting makes it look discolored.

Back to the bench trying to desperately save this slate console (on life support) early chrome replacement front bumper? Cool 4x4 emblem and hammer I found in a/c duct when swapping air handlers

That is some mighty fine jewelry... tell me, is that a fireplace next to the work bench? I need to get me one of those!

Thanks. Yeah, the workbench sometimes comes inside to the coffee table when the wife is away. Plus, our high was 95 degrees yesterday. When it gets like that, the garage is less a workplace and more like an oven.
