Bacon, cheese, & chili on their fries. I chose 2 leave off the chili. I wish I'd taken a b4 pix as there was a lot of bacon.
 
I need to pick up a new Scrambler body Wednesday just north of Lima. I can deliver that far.:shrug: :bacon: :wave:

OT. I was explaining to my niece the flavor explosion of Skyline 4ways last night. I mentioned the new "Walton Way" with bacon. She broke out laughing and told us she is a "Bacon Nut" . Last summer she introduced a fresh new desert on her menue at her resturant in Ormond Beach. Called it Flavor Burst Surprise! Melts some chocolet, takes some bacon pieces and strainer to dip the bacon in the chocolate and sprinkle it on strawbarry ice cream. Best selling desert on her menue now. :bacon:
 
Did I mention that my daughter got Bacon Soda as a gift? She was afraid to try it. I took it over to a neighbor's house and a bunch of is tried it. It was not good. Too bad too.

The UW Madison has a meat lab Ive been doing business with for years and I have them cut my bacon 8-10 slices a pound somewhere around 3/16" thick. I've tried it thicker but it just didnt cook up right plus any thicker I found was too tough to eat on a BLT (Gods favorite sandwich BTW) They do all their own processing and actually smoke their bacon vs a lot of brands chemically smoke... and they always find me a good fat to meat ratio. Priced at $4.00 lbs.... Its good to know people.
 
I was at the Oregon coast this weekend, and ended up in Newport at a highly recommended seafood place- "Local Oceans". They had a "Tuna Mignon" listed on the menu- albacore wrapped in bacon had to try it. A little Rogue Dead Guy Ale on the side...:cheers:
