Mikes 81 mongrel scrambler

Ok. Sounds good to me. My replacement frame won't be changing my VIN or title. So that makes sense.

Same as here. It's according to the body. Had friends put jeeps on dodge cummins frames. Still a jeep. Can't tow or haul anymore than the jeep could. Even tho it was a 1 ton frame, the title went with the body.

Your off to a great start.

I'll enjoy the thread. Any plan for completion date? in time for CJ-8.com "Sand Blast" ? Usually first weekend in August at Silver Lake Sand Dunes.

Easter jeep Safari is what I'm shooting to have this thing running for. I want to take my boys and hit it!

And JKU body is stripped. Last time I sit in that drivers seat. Was a great machine, had a lot of great adventures in that beast. I have nearly $20g in parts coming from 4wp, cause I bought extreme warranty on everything when I bought the parts. Including a brand new core 44 front housing. Awesome warranty. I'll strip out the drivetrain, gas tank, and the rest of the wiring over the week here, and get it ready to roll under the 8, and see what the modifications will be to body mounts. Oh, and I got a Dynatrac D60 reared for it. Traded my JK D44 for it. With $2g cash. 5.13 gears and an ARB air locker. Also have an Under hood welder, dual battery tray, a York ac compressor for on board air, an ARB compressor to run the air locker, and a rebuild kit for my RCV's. Gonna be busy! Was cold tonight. -12c, around 20 for all you south of the border!!

Got my painless harness from JerseyJeeps today! Man that was quick! Thank you!

Not a problem at all...but my efforts were LAME compared to all the BAD ARSE stuff happening in this thread. And the Slipknot T for the win amongst many wins. SUBSCRIBED ! :bacon:

40" maxxis creepy crawlers got here today. Makes the 35" on my Powerwagon look tiny!

I had a set of 40" creepys. I really liked them. If those are new they'll take some "breaking in" before they work really good. Mine were a year old when I got them. After a full week of running them at 5 psi at Silver Lake Sand Dunes they worked WAY Better. Another thing is pressure, mine worked OK at 7 to 8 psi, and worked great at 5 to 6 psi. Night and day difference with a couple psi change.

Sent from my GT-P5210

These are used from a buddy, but not for long. He didn't like them. He's a bogger guy. So I got them for the 304 from the scrambler and $1200. They're that much each up here!! And he only used them 2x!! I'll be running them on Hutchinson beadlocks, and intend to run them down to 2-3 psi to break them in

Any time I see the saw:drool:zal come out it yells out even more... whatch this!
z

Yes, I have a camera. It's made by Apple and is a 2012 version

I can share you some 40" tire love, but this is my totally opposite of you non bad *** looking me...
