I got mine used but in like new condtion from a fella who bought a restored scram with a new best top on it. I got everything for 200 bucks and can say it keeps me warm and dry but I do not like the roof profile. Typically its on in dec and off in mid march so it don't stay on long.

I got the same set and ended up sending then back back because even after trimimg them and making them fit the tub they still didn't fit right when looking at them from the side. They didn't fowllow the contour of the raised part on the rear at all.

That's why I learned how to paint when I was 15 years old because I dindt have that kind of money to spend on a fancy paint jobs. It wasn't that much back then but it may as well have been a million dollars to me.

That's the safest place to put it, The lifts are on the other end of the shop so its a good 30 feet to the blind. And when I work on this end of the shop I pay attention to which way I am throwing sparks. I sprayed it with thompsons water seal when it was new so it would prob flash pretty...

I bought me an old tandem axel trailer to convert it to a camper-toy hauler the other day and have been converting to gooseneck and adding length to it.

Given the fact that its got rust on the under side lip of the hood on both sides I would bet Its eat up with rust.

Rugged ridge are no good, Or at least the three sets I went through in less than 6 weeks were not worth a flip. The seams tore with in days in all three sets, I finally got my money back and bought topline besttop seats and they have held up pretty good the last 4 years.

You could do that, if its thick enough to weld on it will be ok either way.

Depends on how it sounds when you hit with a ball peen hammer. If its thick and sounds like the rest of the frame clean it up and carry on. If its rotten cut it out and plate it the put wahoos plates over that if your worried about cracks. I wouldn't be to concerned about it just repairing it...
