    My first Warn 8274 Rebuild

    Finished rebuilding and mounted my first 8274. Not as nice as some I have seen done, but it works well and looks a lot better than it did before. One more item down on the wish list for the Scrambler. Just need to stamp a number in the JEEP SE label spot.

    Swapping out the T-5 for a TF-999

    It's time to swap out the T-5 for the TF-999 I picked up a while back. The T-5 and Dana 300 are out and now it's time to clean stuff up and replace the gaskets on the Dana 300. Looks like the front seal on the T-5 had a little leak and some of the clutch linkage was pretty worn.

    Am I correct to assume that I can use my existing torque reaction bracket from my T-5 for my FT-999 transmission when swapping them out? I have the upper support and only need the piece circled on the diagram. Thanks
