Would anyone be interested in splitting an airbnb? The one I am looking at is a 2 bedroom 1 bath guesthouse that 11 minutes away from the park. Cost would be 312.50 for half for June 15-20.

Who all will be to Hot Springs Off Road Park for our event by Saturday evening June 15th?

Thinking we will try to hit up our favorite pizza joint "Rod's Pizza Cellar" that evening.

If anyone is interested in joining us, we can setup some plans to have a Scrambler convoy from the park.

I have an Epson Home Cinema 1080 I can bring.
 
Have RV and Motel reservations made to arrive on the 15th.. Issue is, Sandra had shoulder surgery and doesn't go back to the Dr till the 10th and we don't know her rehab schedule yet... Made hotel reservations incase the MH isn't out of the shop after sitting since the china flu. It runs, but need tires and a general check up... Feeling if I come it will just be driving Blue and staying at the hotel, if any of you know of someone needing an RV reservation, let me know...
 
Monday evening of the event will be our usual Pot Luck dinner.
Bring your own meat to throw on the grill and a side &/or dessert to share.
Table service provide by the SOA. SOA will also have coolers with soda & water available.

Following the dinner the Adams family will have homemade ice cream feed
in memory of Ken (pappywaho) Adams!

Does anyone know how far from the park it is to the closest gas station and grocery store? It’ll help in knowing if I can get things there or need to bring it.
 
Like 15 minutes to gas station, not much further to real stores I reckon
 
FYI, email waivers from Hot Springs Off Road park are supposed to drop today.

Welp, looks like it is a go. Sandra insists I come on as she may have only 2 rehab appts for her shoulder next week and she can take care of herself... So the old motorhome and Blue will be heading that way Friday, arriving mid day Saturday.
