Rebuilding my CJ8 very,very slowly...

As I am installing a YJ windshield frame and wiper motor setup on this Jeep i set about seeing if i could make the YJ motor compatible with the CJ Wiring.
In the end i took the motor in bits to see how it works as i wasn't getting any sense just testing the wiring with a multimeter.
Glad i did as the 3 prong that ride on the silver coloured ring were absolutley covered in grease so werent making a proper contact, so once that had been cleaned off and i reassembled the motor i got some readings.
Stuck this here in case this helps anyone else doing a YJ install or maybe just me when i lose my piece of paper later on!.
The wiring is like this on my aftermarket wiper motor which seems to have its own colour cables that follow nothing at all Jeep did....
Black: Ground (Case of motor on CJ)
Yellow: Fast Wipe (Connect to Red on CJ wiring Loom)
Green: Slow Wipe (Connect to Green on CJ wiring Loom)
White: This is the wire that makes the motor run on for the park switch and also needs connecting to the green on CJ wiring loom so it runs the wiper motor slowly. (you could connect it to fast speed and have the worlds fastest parking wiper?)
Red: This is the feed for the park position and connects to the black on the CJ wiring loom.
In order for this to work the black cable that goes in to the wiper motor must be cut and strapped out of the way.
If you dont cut this cable out it will ground out on every rotation and blow the fuse!.
My only concern with all this is whether the contact and the silver ring are made to take the power required to run the wiper motor, they seem reasonably chunky enough?, only time and use will telll as to whether a relay should be used to take the power required.
If it does burn out then it wont stop the wiper motor working and will just stop the park working so i aren't too bothered about it for now.
Have left the wiper motor in the park position with the splined arm loose so i can set it up for RHD which no doubt parks in a totally different place to LHD.
